The Massachusetts Avenue Project’s Growing Green Youth Program is a year-round, paid employment and leadership development program for Buffalo youth ages 14–19. Through hands-on experiences in farming, food enterprise, and social justice organizing, teens deepen their understanding of local food systems while building critical job and life skills.

Interested in participating in the program as a teen employee or as a supporter? Please send an email to our Youth Education Director, Neena Hussey at neena@mass-ave.org
