The Farmhouse and Community
Food Training Center
The Farmhouse is a hub for creating opportunity, providing education, and fostering greater food justice. It is a communal gathering spot for breaking bread, a venue to spread knowledge and reverence for food, water, and the land, and a resource for creating opportunity and aspirational entrepreneurial endeavors.
Most importantly, it is a space to foster activities that give youth the knowledge, skills, and confidence to lead the change towards a new economy based on cooperation, justice, and valuing the natural world.

Construction began on our Farmhouse during the summer of 2016, and was completed during the fall of 2018. This two year project vastly expanded MAP's capacity as a farm, mobile market, and youth development organization.
