Volunteer opportunities are designed to benefit both MAP and its volunteers with the intention of enriching their lives and increasing positive outcomes for community members. MAP values the impactful service of its volunteers and strives to provide positive educational and experiential learning opportunities whenever possible.

Farm Volunteer Days

Complete the Volunteer Interest Form to Sign Up! No orientation required.
 

  • MAP hosts regularly scheduled Volunteer Events for individuals over 18 years of age seeking an opportunity to volunteer at MAP's Farm and Farmhouse.

​

  • Monthly Volunteer Events on MAP's Urban Farm (387 Massachusetts Ave) on select dates in May - October. See schedule below!
     

  • Group Volunteer Opportunities can also be scheduled for groups (schools, organizations, etc.) via the Volunteer Interest form below (Schools, Corporate Groups, etc.)​​​

Mobile Market
Volunteer Shifts

​

​Complete the Volunteer Interest Form to Sign Up! We will be in touch to schedule an orientation.

​

  • Mobile Market volunteers assist MAP staff with tyhe operation of  Mobile Market sites, for a commitment lasting May through November.

​

  • Volunteers commit to regular weekly shifts of around 4 hours at Mobile Market locations throughout the city.​​​​

  • For volunteers offering to share a skill with MAP and seeking a consistent, seasonal volunteer assignment working directly with a MAP Staff.

​

  • This is for individuals who have a volunteer service requirement that can not otherwise be met by our opportunities to volunteer on MAP's Market or during our Farm/Farmhouse Volunteer Events.​​​​​​​
